CPR Registration Policies

REFUND POLICY

Any refund requests must be made by emailing our office at register@training-center.us or message online via the contact form. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the request is made after you have completed the course and completion cards have been emailed to you or if you have claimed your American Heart Association (AHA) eCard.

Please verify if the course you have chosen is the correct course and meets your requirements as we do not offer refunds if you completed an incorrect class.

 If you have registered but NOT completed a class and you verified it is not the correct class, please contact 

your instructor ASAP to modify your registration.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE  POLICY

We understand that situations beyond your control may arise. They may require you to cancel or reschedule a class. We will be happy to cancel your registration, reschedule your registration to another class, or offer you a refund based on the nature of the cancellation.

To Reschedule or Cancel class registrations please notify The Training Center via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class date. Students are given one (1) opportunity to reschedule, and it must be rescheduled within 60 days of the original class date. 

NO REFUND will be issued for a class you have been rescheduled into.

If you missed your scheduled class and need to Reschedule your registration on the day of or 24 hours after your scheduled class date you must notify our office via phone or email as soon as possible.

LATE POLICY

Students that arrive to a scheduled class more than 5 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. 

In the event that our center must cancel a class all prepaid students will be notified and offered a rescheduled class date. A full refund will be offered at the request of the student.
